About Us
Vince began his aviation career in the United Stated Air Force, serving in the SR-71 and U-2 programs. From 1984 to 2010, he contributed successfully in various roles of increasing responsibility with Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. From Initial Phase Manufacturing to Flight Test on the G-IV to Completion Integration and Test Engineering, he gained vast experience and knowledge in avionics and cabin systems design, integration, test and certification.
With the logarithmic advances in business aviation technology taking hold, Vince moved to Completion Sales, where the need for a strong technology background coupled with the ability to connect with customers was important. Helping customers navigate the vast array of cabin switching, high-tech systems as well as voice and data communications options became a refined skill that lined up with his passion to help people.
Combining his talents and experience, Vince was instrumental in the development and implementation of the Gulfstream Select Interiors program. This was a turning point in the way business aircraft interiors were designed and sold in that it shifted the focus from “one-off”, very custom interior design to that of a completely integrated (aircraft and cabin) solution that was fully appointed and allowed virtually unlimited customer personalization.
Recognized for his ability to quickly hear and understand customer needs, as well as his ability to bridge the technology and interior systems gap, Vince moved into aircraft sales, becoming Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific for Gulfstream based in Singapore. With the importance of the aircraft interior gaining priority in the purchase decision process, his combined technology and interior experience allowed him to seamlessly communicate with customers from the C-suite to the hangar. In this role, he not only assisted customers in making the aircraft purchase decision, he helped with education and training on cabin systems, communications technology, quality, maintainability, comfort and convenience.
Vince was then asked to lead the Completion Sales team back at company headquarters in Savannah, Ga. In this role, he successfully implemented process and tools to further streamline the interior definition process. His passion for excellence in the customer experience and a sharp eye for detail and quality led him to implement further enhancements in both product offerings and systems capabilities.
Recognized for his knowledge and experience in business aircraft interiors, technology, design and customer experience, Vince was appointed Vice President – Completions for Hawker Beechcraft Corporation. In this role, he lead a team which is credited with vastly improving cabin interior quality, design, sound levels, and overall customer satisfaction across the Hawker product line.
Vince holds AS Degrees in Electronics Technology and Avionics and has written numerous white papers aimed at making technology understandable at the user level.
